
Colonel Sanders, founder of KFC, was 65 when he decided he would sell his fried chicken recipe. Sanders drove around the US knocking on doors, sleeping in his car, wearing his white suit. At age 90, in 1964, Sanders sold Kentucky Fried Chicken to a group of investors for $2 million ($15.3 million today.)
